Walkers Snacks Merchandising Campaign

  • Lites Staff responsible for the Merchandising of Multiple Groups Nationwide i.e Dunnes Stores and Tesco
  • Initially a 12 week campaign it was extended until December 2008 due to product sales increase and excellent staff performance
  • Six Contract Merchandising Staff on payroll for this campaign, each covering a different region.
  • Five additional staff were requested for busy Christmas Period.
  • Lites Group have also consistenly provided Boyne Valley Foods with various staff for Ad-Hoc Merchandising and relief holiday Cover when requested.

 

 

 

Fyffes

Fyffe's Merchandising Campaign

  • Lites Group merchandised 120 stores nationwide across the multiple groups Dunnes Stores, SuperValu and Superquinn.
  • The campaign took place in march 2009 and included POS Kit placement of Shelf Wobblers and Shelf Talkers with A4 FrameClips and graphic insertions required for all outlets.
  • Lites Contract Merchanising Staff covered different regions throughout Ireland to ensure the campaign hit all stores seamlessly inside a two week period.
  • The campaign was a sucess and recorded significant increase in product purchase.
  • Lites Group continue to provide Fyffes with various staff for Ad-Hoc activities.
 

7UP

7UP St. Patrick's Day Merchandising

  • Each year Lites Group merchandise selected outlets with 7UP branded POS.
  • The objective of the merchandising campaign is to associate the 7UP brand with the St. Patrick's Day Festival. In Bar visibility blitz.
  • Lites Group hire and train merchandising staff to place POS in selected outlets nationwide.
  • The merchandising campaign takes place the week before St. Patrick's Day.
  • The merchandisers place 7UP high impact POS pieces - posters, bunting, showcards and tent cards.
  • 7UP Branded t-shirts and hats are also provided by Britvic for bar staff to wear over the St. patricks Festivities.
  • All staff and event schedules were supplied by Lites Group.

Ladbrokes

Ladbrokes - Mystery Shopping

  • Lites Group staff members conducted monthly mystery shopping in 217 Ladbrokes outlets nationwide
  • Staff assessed the external and internal areas of the shops and evaluated the service received according to specific criteria established and agreed by Ladbrokes with Lites Group.
  • Monthly reports detailed performance of every store and outlined specific areas and outlets requiring improvement or change.
  • All staff members were recruited and thoroughly briefed by Lites Group as to Ladbrokes requirements, ensuring a successful campaign.

 

 

McDonalds

McDonalds Smoothies - Data Capture / Audit

  • McDonalds retained Lites Group to conduct questionnaires in a cross section of McDonalds outlets throughout Dublin with the goal of establishing customer response and sentiment to their Banana and Strawberry Flavour Smoothies.
  • Lites Group designed and colated a detailed questionnaire, according to specific criteria such as pricing, taste, size etc. established and agreed by McDonalds with Lites Group.
  • Lites Staff conducted the activities in a discrete manner McDonalds Stores and McCafe's. Activities were conducted on a variety of different days and times to ensure balanced feedback. Results were provided to McDonalds on an ongoing basis during the campaign, with an end of activity report provided at campaign conclusion.
  • McDonalds customers who took part in the survey were issued with in-store free vouchers which were remitted by McDonalds having been distributed through Lites Group.
 

Pfizer

Dectomax - Sales Teams

  • Co-Operative sales calls carried out throughout Ireland, during the dosing season.
  • Over 60 sales reps with farming backgrounds are recruited per campaign.

Captain Morgan

Captain Morgan Promotions

  • Captain Morgan promotions introduced Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold Rum to Consumers in a pub based environment in a fun and energetic manner.
  • Lites Group hired and trained actors to act as 'Captain Morgan' and a select team of girls ('Morganettes') to accompany the Captain, one Captain and three Morganettes per event.
  • The Captain and Morganettes conducted the promotions in selected outlets around the country.
  • Two separate type of promotions were ran - Captain Morgan Keys to Adventure Promotions & Captain Morgan Liquid on Lips Promotions.
  • The Promotions involved both a samplings and prizes giving element, designed to offer consumers a sample of Captain Morgan and Coke in a fun & lighthearted manner using the "Captain & Morganettes" to create high energy during the promotion. A fun style "tasting experience".
